Here at Let's Make Something Beautiful we love to help charity organisations as much as we can. So, this evening we have signed up to take part in a 3 hour spinathon to help raise money for The Solomon Project.
What is this charity all about? Here's the story behind the project...
"The Solomon project is advocating the needs of some of Kenya’s poorest children. It works in partnership with Mary’s Meals, providing meals to chronically hungry children in their local school. By using local produce and community volunteers we are able to feed one child in school for a whole year for just £17.00 - that's just 8p a day!
Gemma Vaughan-Heys has organised the Spin for Solomon event, on Sunday the 1st of June. There are 16 bikes, entry is £17 each and any extra sponsorship you can russle up."

Wish us luck!
