On 1st June 2014 our head of creative, Zoe, took part in a 3 hour sponsored spin for charity. Zoe, along with many others, paid £17 for her bike, which went to The Solomon Project. That small amount of £17 feeds a child in Kenya for a whole year.
The Solomon project is advocating the needs of some of Kenya’s poorest children. It works in partnership with Mary’s Meals, providing meals to chronically hungry children in their local school. By using local produce and community volunteers we are able to feed one child in school for a whole year for just £17.00.
Together, everyone raised just over a staggered £1400 for the charity. To find out more about The Solomon Project and the work it does, please visit the website http://www.thesolomonproject.co.uk/
